Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Cool Kiddo, a print-on-demand company offering unique products produced once ordered. By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
1. Non-Returnable Items
As Cool Kiddo operates on a print-on-demand model, we do not support returns or exchanges for products where customers have ordered the wrong size, or color, or have simply changed their minds. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
2. Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. To be eligible for a free replacement or refund, you must contact our team within 30 days of product delivery. Please reach out to us via email at sales[@]supercoolkiddo.com and provide a clear photo or video showing the issue.
For cases affecting multiple products utilizing the same design, we may require an additional photo or video of all affected items visible in one frame for confirmation purposes.
3. Product Eligibility for Replacement
Products are eligible for a free replacement in the following scenarios:
- If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact our team within 30 days of product delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement.
- To report a defective product, access the Order Link sent to you via email. Click on the affected order, then scroll down and click on “Submit Issue” below the affected product.
- For cases affecting multiple products using the same design, an additional photo or video of all affected items visible in one frame may be required for confirmation purposes.
Our team will make every effort to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution.
4. Exclusions for Free Replacement
Please note that a free replacement will not be offered in the following situations:
- Lost orders due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Products were received as requested, but the customer wants another size/color instead.
- Garments with minor size deviations from the size guide measurements (below 1″).
5. Lost Packages
If a package is lost during transit, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that the submitted address is 100% accurate, as even a minor error can cause delivery failure.
- Contact the local post office to check if the package is being held for collection.
- After completing these steps, reach out to our Support team by clicking on the chat bubble. We will investigate further and offer a free replacement if no error is found on your or the customer’s part.
6. Bad Odor
Please be aware that a faint odor is a natural occurrence in the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing industry. Generally, this odor dissipates after the first wash.
